Results Panel

The Results Panel is the place where you can view the results of reports and charts that you execute, or the Battery Information Dialog, or the Radios and Batteries Dialog. The content of the Results Panel varies depending on the type of display.

Multiple results can be retained in the Results Panel. A tab at the top of the panel is created for each report, chart, Battery Information Dialog or Radios and Batteries Dialog that is opened. The title of the tab will reflect which type of result is displayed under that tab. You can remove the result from the display by clicking on the close icon (x) on the tab or by clicking on the Close Current Result menu item in the Main Menu

Reports

When a report is executed, the Results Panel contains the following controls:

Control Description
Move To First Row Button Click the Move To First Row Button to move the results grid to the first row
Move To Previous Row Button Click the Move To Previous Row Button to move the results grid to the row that is previous to the currently selected row
Current Row Number Textbox The row number of the currently selected row in the results grid. You can enter the row number that you wish to move the row selection to in this Textbox
Number Of Records Label The number of rows in the results grid
Move To Next Row Button Click on the Move To Next Row Button to select the next row in the results grid
Move To Last Row Button Click the Move To Last Row Button to select the last row in the results grid
Filter Dialog Button Click the Filter Dialog Button to open the Filter Dialog
Search Dialog Button Click the Search Dialog Button to open the Search Dialog
Bar Chart Dialog Button Click the Bar Chart Dialog Button to open the Chart Dialog for bar charts
Pie Chart Dialog Button Click the Pie Chart Dialog Button to open the Chart Dialog for pie charts
View Battery Information Button Click the View Battery Information Button to open the Battery Information Dialog for the currently selected battery in the table
Battery Rows The results grid contains one row for each battery that meets all of the query filter conditions. The battery field values are displayed in the columns of the row

Other Features of Reports

Note: The above changes to columns and sort order apply only to the current report in the Results Panel. If you click on the Refresh button or the same Report Icon that created the report in the tree view, the above report features will be set back to their default values. If you wish to view other reports but maintain the feature changes for a given report, select the report name from the tabs at the top of the Results Panel instead of selecting the report from the tree or clicking the Refresh button. If you wish to preserve report features for longer than the duration of the report, then you can implement these features using Custom Report Generation Tool.

Charts

When a chart is created from the Predefined Reports node of the Navigation Panel, or chart is created from the Chart Dialog, the chart will display in the Results Panel without controls.

Battery Information Dialog

When the Edit Battery Information menu item is selected from the Results Context Menu the Results Panel contains the following controls:

Control Description
Apply Changes Button Click on this button to apply any changes that you have made in the Battery Information Dialog
Discard Changes Button Click on this button to discard any changes that you have made in the Battery Information Dialog

Radios and Batteries Dialog

The Radios and Batteries Dialog information is shown on the Navigation Panel under the System Device Monitor only when battery data is read through the Radio System with an IP Data Gateway. The radios and batteries data shown as pages. User can decide the number of rows per page. The Results Panel contains the following controls:

Control Description
Radio ID Textbox Search a list of Radios which contain the inputted string. click Search button for the result
Battery Serial Number Textbox Search a list of Batteries which contain the inputted string. click Search button for the result
Battery Type Listbox Search a list of Batteries which are IMPRES or Non-IMPRES batteries
Computer Listbox Search a list of Radios and/or Batteries whose data is collected through the computer
Request Status Listbox Search a list of Radios and Batteries that have a certain status on the last request. The available request status are:
  • Success
  • Failure
  • In Charger
  • Pending in Registration
  • Pending Enabled Personality
  • Source Not Registered
  • Target Not Registered
  • Non-IMPRES
  • Invalid Request Syntax
  • Index Out of Range
  • Response Time Out
  • Battery Data Error
  • Battery Not Match
  • Pending Battery Request
  • Pending Battery Response
  • Current Radio with Battery Health Data
  • Last Known Radio with Battery Health Data
  • Proxy Status Listbox Search a list of Radios and Batteries that the proxy of the devices is Online or Offline
    Manual Request The application sends a battery data read request to the selected radio. Requires administrator permission.
    First Page The first page will be shown
    Previous Page The previous page will be shown
    Next Page The next page will be shown
    Last Page The last page will be shown
    Number Page User can specify a page to show
    Number Rows Per Page User can decide 25, 50, 75 or 100 rows per page. The default value is 50.
